Harvested sweet potatoes are baked in a custom roasting machine designed and manufactured by our affiliate, Kokuou Giken Kogyo. Continuous roasting raises the sugar content of sweet potatoes. After roasting, the sweet potatoes are then frozen and the natural sweetness is maximized using a cyclic thermic process. Final sweet potato products are packaged by hand. Oimo House products are 100% natural and are free of additives and preservatives and are enjoyed by people of all ages as a healthy snack.
